Eligibility Criteria

2. Educational Qualification

For IES: Master’s degree in Economics / Applied Economics / Business Economics / Econometrics.

For ISS: Bachelor's degree with Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subjects, OR a Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics.
UPSC IES/ISS 2026 Selection Process
The recruitment is a rigorous two-stage process designed to select only the most proficient candidates:
